shooting overview of another wedding this summer. this time i shot about 2andahalf thousand photos with a rent 5D MkII. (compare this sheet to last wedding)
this time I preferred the 70-200 L lens to my 50mm lens for portraits. i also took advantage of the huge ISO range. I made some shots at ISO 25600 when there was firework outdoor to get beautiful picture in available light. but the noise is tooo much. at ISO 6400 it’s noise can be compared to other camera’s ISO 1600 and thats perfect for non-flash dancing photos with small blurry effect.
so the 5D MkII would be my next choice in wedding photography because it’s versality (and think of HD video with crystal sharp lenses and make the couple more happy!)
I’m using mite to track my time on projects. In November 2007 I forgot to close the timer on a projekt… this killed my statistics.
50 my friends on facebook: clearly there are 3 groups: friends from recent workplace (green, right, heavily connected to themselves), friends from school back home (blue, bottom) and friends I have through connections into youth press (blue, left, connected to themselves)
I post alot via twitter, wich automaticly lands here on this blog and facebook. this is my twitter statistic from my beginning on April 2007 to now:
- more than 3 tweets every day
- most tweeted month: September 2008 (also in this blog): it was the month were I left everything in cologne and started studying in Düsseldorf
- I mostly post on fridays (closing time tweeting from agency?), less on sundays (but with a strong 8 o’clock-appearance)
- it seems I have a wednesday morning mist
- the hourly graph shows a classic 9-to-5-day with lunch break, but also a flight on nighttime
Designer Nicholas Felton summarizes his totally personal year 2008 in numbers and statistics and creates a beautiful Annual Report every year. He did this in 2005, 2006 and 2007.
