it’s funny to see the Oscar winning production Slumdog Millionaire using the free font Fontin from Jos Buivenga in it’s subtitles for Hindi.

i just bought this wonderful font at (the all new) myfonts! the complete family from ultra light to heavy, a inspiring slab serif for only $18.95.
this early morning, i just ordered the font “Black Slabbath” from you work for them, wich completes one entry on my font wishlist :-)
inspired by this font and other beautiful things, i created this poster, wich inlays my framebag these days
fvp:A rarely found swiss typography mistake.
actually, it’s a double mistake. although the hard spoken s: “ß” doesn’t exist in switzerland, there is also no capital version of it (yet). you have to write “SS” when using a capital ß
The Obama Speech Poster is a great citate of Bauhaus poster style (rarely seen these days), but unfortunately contains an wrong uppercase ß (there is no uppercase version in german, you have to write “SS”)
but, in far future, there may be one uppercase character some day (because there is already an ISO number for it)
